Farmers Insurance Group

Contacted for auto insurance. Gave a smaller quote then we emailing the paperwork it was higher. They then ran my banking information after we told them we would look elsewhere. Already had to pay 36 dollars for overdraft fees an going to have to pay it against if I don't receive my refund before Friday. Update: just got a letter in the mail that they are sending me a check WHY WAS THE CHECK NOT JUST IN THAT ENVELOPE INSTEAD OF A PEICE OF PAPER TELLING ME THEY WERE SENDING A CHECK! INCOMPETENT COMPANY!
