Super friendly and they make you feel welcomed. Always available to answer all your questions and the best rates. I have home and car insurance with them.
Gilberto Astorga and his family are friends that we met through softball and they are always willing to answer questions and return our calls promptly if not available. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends. The only reason I didn't give Farmers a 5-star rating, mind you it is in no way any fault of Gilberto Astorga or his family, is that I was involved in a collision in which I was not at fault and the other person didn't have insurance. Just because it happened in Mexico (I was told that I would have coverage within 25 miles of the international border) and Farmers insurance wasn't able to get in touch with the other party, I have to pay the 750 deductible for the repairs.
