Farmers Insurance - Eric Cloutier

Just seems shady. I called after hurricane Ida to get FLOOD INSURANCE (directed to Farmers via FEMA). I told the rep in the office that’s what I wanted. Very quickly she told me, oh you can get a discount if you bundle your cars and home. Bamb before I knew it I got a new policy for home (including flood) and both my cars. I THOUGHT WRONG. After my mortgage company didn’t pay the home policy I called to see what I could do. Again I spoke to Veronica who informed me I need to contact the mortgage company. While on the phone I asked about the flood insurance. Even quicker this time she told me “no one offers flood insurance”. That’s when I told her I was was direct through FEMA. THEN Veronica let me know that’s an separate policy that has to be paid directly to FEMA. MORAL: don’t let ppl
