Aon Affinity Travel Practice

Aon Affinity Travel Protection was great to work with. Their instructions were very succinct, their communication was especially prompt and clear and their payment was speedy. It’s a company that provides peace of mind when planning travel. The only suggestion I would make to improve the service is to extend the amount of time you have to enter data online. The first time I tried to submit a claim, the site timed out and I had to reenter everything.

AON Affinity travel insurance processed my claim in a timely manner without any hassles. Other travel insurance company we've used would take weeks or longer, and demand proof, up and beyond, to finally complete the process. We purchased the cruise care through Celebrity, and very happy that we did. Would definitely recommend.

Will see, but after supplying all paperwork and medical receipts for recent medical issue onboard Carnival Sunshine, Aon replies that I need to submit my receipts etc to Medicare and my supplemental first. Like NO, I bought travel insurance from Aon. I have sent a copy to Virginia Insurance Licensing Agency about this. Sure hoping they will process our claim. Only $54.93 so they should have no problem with this. Just trying to get out of it - Will update if we get claim paid. I have notified my travel agency that they may need to suggest another company instead of Aon.
