Farmers Insurance - Emily Keller

Emily Keller needs to be stripped of her license to sell insurance. She is a liar in business. She left a building of mine uninsured for months. And, when I discovered it was uninsured She lied to attempt to cover it up. She sent me false documents of policies that were never in place. Do not do business with this individual. She is extremely dishonest. She has zero morals, or integrity.

I signed up with Farmers Insurance for my business in 2020. The communication was via email and phone only. I was a new to owning a business and was not explained in detail what my policy included by the agent. After my audit in 2022 I was told that I owed $1900+ for workers compensation premium that I did not pay for myself and the co-owner. I filed a dispute due to the fact that I was not advised by the agent to sign an exclusion form for myself and the co-owner. Farmers denied my dispute and the agent wiped her hands. I filed a complaint with the insurance commissioner of MD. Still waiting on response from them. I reached out to the CEO of Farmers, still waiting for a response from them. Beware, MS. Keller does not return calls, so I Fire her, but apparently she doesn't read emails either.. was sent a letter from new insurance co to cancel policy, STILL had the audacity to raid my bank account. NOT TRUST WORTHY!

This branch serviced my policies for many years. Due to relocation I had to change companies. I always had wonderful customer service experiences. Star was always absolutely outstanding to communicate with. I’ll miss the interactions.

Rates always going up for no reason and never returning phone calls. Will be looking for different insurance. Found out home owners insurance went up 1075 in a year ....stay away from this place
