Seems to be more interested in his Spice and Tea shop than his insurance clients. Do not recommend this agent.
Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. We also added my step daughter to our insurance, Denise told us our insurance would go up 80.00 dollars a month and instead they took 300.00 out of our account. Instead of letting us know this was going to happen he did nothing. When we called him, he said oh ya, it went up 300.00.
