Most outstanding service I experienced in a long time from an insurance broker. Mr Dean was straight forward,, efficient went the extra mile and above all HONEST all the way.

Been a Farmers customer for over 20 years. Dean's office acquired my policies awhile back and he has been great to work with. He is very responsive. And I love his new processor, Molly. She is so nice and great at following up on things.

Molly from Dean’s office was extremely helpful in helping us navigate through a difficult claim with Bristol West. She was able to get us answers and get ahold of people who time and time again would not contact us in regards to our claim. Absolutely amazing customer service. They will work with you and get your monthly cost lowered. Progressive tried to charge me 1100 a month for full coverage and farmers got it down to just over 400. Highly recommend giving them a call.
