Farmers Insurance - Daniel Priest

Absolutely have the best people in the office. I love the friendly atmosphere. My rates are so much more affordable here especially since I have so many vehicles and my deductible is where it needs to be now. We did home and auto bundle and am paying less for my home and 4 vehicles than I was before on just the 4 vehicles.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this this office. Our entire life is insured here and has been for a very long time. Mr. Priest and his team have always gone above and beyond to make sure that we have the best policy possible that meets our needs. I couldn't ask for more. Love being a farmers customer!

I absolutely love Farmers Insurance. Robin Mires got with me and reviewed my insurance with Allstate at the time I was wanting to switch companies. She not only saved me over $100/month for my vehicle insurance but showed me in detail of what my policy had to offer with Farmers for less the amount and less coverage that Allstate was giving me. I love how friendly they are and how well she explains everything to me, whether it's through email, phone, Facebook or text, she always there for me to help! Thank you Robin and thank you Farmers!

Insurance has always been a complicated hassle. The old company wasn't able to do what I wanted. My former agent told me it didn't make sense but they couldn't do it. He suggested I call Farmers. I dreaded making the call. I shouldn't have. My call was answered by a real person who knew what she was doing. I didn't have to talk to a blasted machine even once. Shay made it all extremely easy. She explained everything, made suggestions and told me the reasons behind them. She answered all my questions, even the dumb ones. I didn't need to reach for the ibuprofen bottle. I hope she didn't either. Fast response, excellent service, saved money and I got exactly what I wanted. What else can you expect. I wish I could give them ten stars.

The Daniel Priest team has always been very kind, caring and professional. I've had several different policies with them over the years and they are always very prompt in dealing with any issues, changes, or concerns. They always make you feel like a person and never like just another account number.
