Donald Burnett: Allstate Insurance

I have never liked paying for insurance. But Allstate has changed my mind. They are fair and easy to work with with my claim. That is all you can ask for. The Agent (Mr. Burnett) is very helpful in all aspects.

If i could give 0 starts I would. This insurance agency is an absolute joke, instead of apologizing for HIS mistake, Don claimed I was in his office when i hadn’t been in there in months. I called to cancel my policy and didn’t even get an I’m sorry for falsely accusing you of something. I would not recommend them to ANYONE. Even his staff is very rude.

Don’t go with him. He is not trust worthy he only cares about your money. Even during a pandemic when we can’t earn money, he will cancel your policy. He won’t let you make smaller payments, nothing!!!! I’ve been with him for 25 years and he cancels me when our county won’t let me work???? Take your money to an actual human being. This man does not care about you or your circumstances that you are not in control of. Screw you Don!

Been with him for years. Always just a phone call away. During Harvey he was with me every step of the way . Highly recommend him
