Shopping for insurance can be a pretty frustrating, overwhelming experience. There are so many things to consider that the layperson (certainly myself included) just does not have a frame of reference for. Dan was attentive, responsive, and explained things in an accessible way that made me confident he was looking out for our best interests and would be a helpful resource in the future in the event we needed to make a claim. I still don't understand everything, but having someone in our corner who does makes a difference. And great customer service.
