Farmers Insurance - Daniel Gaines

Karen was very professional and also helpful during our change of insurance companies. She assisted us through the whole process. We were surprised with the cost for the install of the Flo by Moen process for our home. A mandated cost that was very excessive and only required by Farmers insurance. The installer did not pre quote and stated each install is by location. Karen came through although with a policy expense that was very acceptable and cheaper than our prior carrier. Thank you from both of us Karen in the Robertson household.

Dan has always taken care of my family. We have everything insured through his farmers agency. From our vehicles to our house and boat. Customer service is always great. Makes you feel like family.
