Farmers Insurance - Dale Roberts

We’ve had the opportunity to work with Dale Roberts Insurance and team on several claims through our restoration company, and they’ve been excellent every time. Their team is highly involved in their clients’ claims and clearly focused on making sure their insureds are taken care of. Communication is always easy and timely, which makes the entire process smoother for everyone involved. They’re responsive, professional, and truly advocate for their clients. I would confidently recommend Dale Roberts Insurance to any homeowner who values clear communication and an office that genuinely roots for their insured.

Dale Roberts has been my family insurance agent for nearly 20 years. He has been there when my family needed him and been a person I could call to answer my questions over the years. A wealth of knowledge and a very friendly office staff environment. Yes, maybe you pay a few dollars more but you get all of that back as a value benefit when you need someone on the other end of the phone to advocate for you and answer your specific questions. In a day and age where we have AI phone robots on the other end, who don't have a clue what they're doing or how to answer a question, It's a breath of fresh air to have a person like Dale as my insurance agent.

This dude should not be a insurance agent. Has no customer service skills and is incompetent. If I could give zero stars I would. He convinced my wife to drop rental car coverage so she did. His justification was that the other insurance will pay. He also deceived my wife by telling her other things that didn't add up. He finally quit responding to email and returning calls. I finally had enough of him and switched agents and before the new agent took affect got rear ended. Farmers is saying they can't negotiate with the other insurance Traveller's because Farmers did not incur an expense. I am so far out of pocket for the rental car because it took Traveller's 20 days to get back with me and I told them I needed a car and got one but they said they won't reimburse me. Can you say, incompetent? Farmers Insurance notified me in June of 2023 that my wife's driver license was expiring. I, therefore, sent a photograph of her new license to Dale. I did this two months before my auto policy expired (8/24/23). On 9/12/23, I checked on the status of my auto policy. It had been inactive since 8/24/23! My family and I have been driving around for almost three weeks without auto insurance coverage. Couple this fact with a recent 1240 mile trip in both vehicles. Did Dale call or write to tell me? No.

We have used dale for some time now, At least for the last 5 years. Any time we have needed to reach him we always can get him personally! That's unheard of! For example, we were in Hawaii for our honey moon and called him him way early in the morning, he answered and took care of our needs. We were buying a new car, it took all day and was late in the night when everything was settled and we realized we needed insurance to drive off the lot.. He answered and took care of it! aside from being pretty affordable you cant beat the customer service! If you are looking for the best insurance for your car, The most important thing to consider aside from the cost is, If i have something happen and need help, how quick will i get help? This guy is awesome!
