Farmers Insurance - Christine Pustelak

I would not recommend this agent. For years, I was overcharged on my policy without being properly advised about better options. When I finally realized what was happening and looked into it, I discovered I had been paying far more than necessary. Very disappointing, be cautious if you decide to work with her.

They treated me like a child.Wouldn't answer any of my questions i had about my policy.Told me they couldn't help me canceled my policy with in may Told me what to pay. I paid it. Got a letter in the mail that I owe more money. After I've had a pay over a $1000 just to be able to keep my license. Since they wanted to tell the state of Pennsylvania that I no longer had insurance. Now I have to pay an extra $300 of fees. been trying to get a hof this office and the main office. No one will answer my calls. complete bullshit. never use this company, I've told some many people looking for insurance to not go here cause its just a scam

Very upset right now...they talked my 75 yr old cousin with dementia into full coverage and towing for a 2007 vehicle. $171/month!!! We had this insurance set up and she changed the coverage! Shame on them! Protect your elders everybody!!

Details for my home were not accurate. I indicated this and she said she would make the updates. Multiple follow-ups over 7 weeks got me nowhere. I ended up calling Farmers direct and they squared it away in about 20 minutes. Unprofessional and not responsive to contact. I dropped her for another local Farmers agent.

If you want some one who truly cares about your insurance needs call and she will do her best to find what you need. Trust me so much better to have an agent then calling those 1 800 numbers
