Deserves negative stars. Horrible agent. Unable to contact. No one answers the phone and does not return multiple voicemails or emails. Had to deal with Farmers toll free contact who also cannot reach this agent. He just lost a 20+ year customer to Allstate. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENT.
