Farmers Insurance - Brant Spratlin

I owe Brant the world. I was going through a non-renewal with another company and went through the quoting process with Brant, and while we couldn't find anything through Farmers at the time due to an open claim from Hurricane Helene, Brant managed to STILL communicate with me (40+ emails) even after we found no matches. He went out of his way to find a bulletin from the Georgia State Commission's office and sent it over to me and I was able to fight my current insurance to retract the non-renewal. Definitely recommend Brant as your local agent for your insurance needs!

Brant is the absolute best agent! A little more than a year ago, I hit a deer and was stuck on a back country road with sketchy cell service. After barely getting through to 911, I reached out to Brant and was able to get ahold of him. He actually arrived before the police did and he stayed with me until (and after) my husband arrived. He also helped me navigate working with the repair shop to ensure my vehicle was back in the condition it was before the accident. Again, all around great insurance agent and someone you can truly depend on when needed!

We had State Farm drop one of our properties with little notice, so we switched to Brant Spratlin. We not only saved money, but we gained the BEST insurance agent we have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable about insurance and really works for us to keep us covered properly. I would highly recommend him for any insurance needs. He is also a great person.

I actually setup the policy over the phone and oniline but speaking with Brant was a pleasure and when I called with questions he answered them professionally and in a timely manner. I had been online getting quotes from other companies and when I asked a question one company said they did’t know about a simple discount for an alarm, and didn’t offer to look it up. With that being said I do recommaned Brant Spratlin and his service.
