Farmers Insurance - Blake Jordan

Marjorie’s mistakes have cost us nearly 10k and she is now avoiding any calls or messages. Several years ago we got into an accident and called this branch to make sure that the policy we have will cover any hospital visits and she told us they would cover it. When the bill came, they told us that they won’t cover it and that it was never in our policy. We had to pay that bill out of pocket which we could not afford and only went because we confirmed with her that they will cover it. Last year, my husband called to cancel any insurance he had for his business from them since he no longer kept that business. Marjorie did not cancel his work van coverage and we have been getting charged for a year for it and she is backing out saying we never called her for it but she canceled everything but
