David Russell is SO thorough! I trust him completely to treat my insurance needs with the thoughtfulness I would put into the choice myself. When he brings my options, I am always thrilled with the inclusions, the price, and the explanation given to make the best choice for our budget and needs. David thinks of everything and keeps us covered, but not over covered, for anything that could come up. You will be glad you contacted him!

They were very nice, but due to my not being more observent and also not being specifically told that my car quote was only for 6 months when I was expecting a quote for a year, leaves a bit of a bad taste. I did not see that it was only for six months until I had already paid and printed my verification. I would have checked around more and will trust but certainly verify in the future.

Bill has been wonderful to deal with since we moved to Dallas. He has made sure the family had the best coverage and of course for the best price. He just wrote a great policy for our new home and our empty nester car policy. I highly recommend his agency.

Farmers is only a great company because of Bill Gharis, whose the face behind the name. He is courteous, respectful, hard working, and he brings a plethora of knowledge to the table, which is extremely beneficial when you are not completely sure which package to purchase. Customer service is the biggest problem for all consumers and always has been. He goes above and beyond to service his customers and find the very best rates, without even having to request it. After purchasing insurance through him, he continues to hold your hand through the process. Farmers is a good company, but Bill Gharis is the face behind the name, and it is the servicing representative that is the most important.
