The Very Best of The Best! We had a bit of a unique situation with adding our granddaughter to our policy when she transfers from Pa. To Ga. in a few weeks. We fully expected a huge increase in our insurance since she is a young adult. Daphne took on the task of doing the research and within a short time we learned our pilicy would barely increase. The excellent service we have consistently received from Beau, Karen and Daphne has been extraordinary! We are so grateful for their laser focused attention to detail and the overwhelming excellence in customer service. I cannot recommend this agency and the staff highly enough!

Had a problem paying bill when I received email and couldn't make the payment because they needed to verify phone number or email. Well the phone numbers belonged to my Parents and I am the POA. Both parents are in assisted living and no longer receive phone calls or receive emails. My next call was to the office. I explained the situation and they have a copy of my POA. I asked them if they could change this and Karen just told me that they had my email listed and my dad's email listed as well as both tjeir phone numbers. I asked if she could change this or delete this information and kept telling me she had my information. I again told her that I couldn't make the payment through the email that was sent to me because they had the wrong verification info for me to go any further with

This is the best place I’ve found for my insurance for anything I need. They find good prices and the customer service is great. They are always polite, kind and efficient. I do recommend this place for sure. Go and check them out!

Beau and his team are the best. Beau works hard for his customers and really has their best interests in mind! He helps educate you about your options and helps you get the best protection for your family and you! Insurance can be hard to navigate and he makes it much easier! We really appreciate that our rates with farmers are very affordable during these hard times with inflation and very expensive gas prices! I would highly recommend his office!
