I have been with Angelo's agency for 8 years. He was always responsive and helpful when I needed something...until the last few weeks. I received my updated auto policy ID card in October 2023 that was good through April 2024. A few weeks into 2024 I received a notice from the NJMVC stating that I needed to purchase insurance or my registration would be suspended. This was very odd to me as I was under the assumption my auto policy was in tact. I called and left messages for Angelo that have not been returned. After speaking with Farmer's corporate office, they notified me that they had sent me a notice via mail that informed me they were switching from monthly billing to twice a year billing. I never received that piece of mail, and am not in the business of throwing away correspondenc
