I can say in all my years of driving and I've been driving since I was 17 that this office has given me the best service I've ever received. We just moved from out of state and the transfer process with Brian was the easiest we’ve ever been through with any agent. He’s very kind and professional, he’s patient and really takes the time to explain everything to you so you understand your options and answer all of your questions. He even helped me redo our policies a little and tweak them so they would work better for us. All in all it was a fantastic experience and we will be recommending Brian to anyone we know looking for an agent.
I have been getting quotes on car insurance for 45 years almost every year, it is always a hassle about a year and a half ago two years at the most I got a quote from BRIAN at state farm. They blew everybody else out of the water. I saved almost $100 over the competitors… And to boot they were super friendly Everybody in that office is so pleasant and easy to talk to. Responses are within 24 hours every time. I have never seen such efficiency With car insurance companies, it’s usually a runaround. I will stop getting quotes now and stay with Brian at State farms as long as I live!!! Keep up the great work and I will send people your way
My past experiences with getting quotes from other insurance companies have not been favorable. But what a wonderful experience I had with Amanda. She went above and beyond my expectations. She was friendly, detailed and covered all my concerns. Bonus - the savings was unbelievable. Thank you Amanda!!!
