Farm Bureau Insurance

I was with this office for 10 years. They are very hard to get in touch with and do not respond to phone calls. I cancelled them and went to state farm. Saving $60 a month.

Horrible business. Rude office workers and rates that sky rocket every month for no reason! I’d recommend looking anywhere else.

I have been a customer of Farm Bureau for well over twenty years, and have had only fast and helpful responses to my every need for assistance. They are very quick to help, immediately after accidents. Their service is very prompt, and they have me back on the road faster than I have ever thought possible. The staff is friendly and do everything they can to help. I recommend them to my own friends and family. Farm Bureau has the best prices and service that I have ever seen, in my 55 years of driving. I could not recommend them any higher!

I will never buy insurance ever again this company is awful insurance company they tell you you you due date to pay the insurance and on that date they call you tell me my insurance is canceled and one month it's one amount the next is another amount they crooked

This agency is AWFUL! Sign you up, take your money and no customer service when needed. Horrible customer service and no follow up when you need the insurance you pay for.
