The agents at this Allstate truly care about the people they insure. In my experience, during a great time of stress and in need of insurance or information, this office and staff were thoughtful, knowledgeable and thorough, with prompt follow-up and communication. They helped take a huge weight off of my shoulders, and I highly recommend them. Of particular special aid to my family was Kimberlyn, with kindness and understanding.

Miles and his staff are the best in the business. They are always pleasant, helpful, honest, and efficient. Their attitudes and services remind me of why I purchase insurance through an agency versus online for example, or with any other agency for that matter. They take all my work and worry out of purchasing coverage and filing claims. I always feel welcome and as if I am a part of the Miles Briley Allstate family. I can rest easy with little effort knowing that they have my and my family's back when it comes to my insurance coverage.
