Auto rates are extremely high. There is no online documentation storage on their website so you have to reach out to them for everything if you misplace it. (Their website is for all of Michigan & some offices do store the documents online for their customers just not them). Their is no autopay option and all the letters they send before you actually get the bill just confuse the situation. I recently moved houses and changed my coverage with them (so they knew I had a new address). They kept sending refund checks once I cancelled coverage with them to my old address so I never received and had to reach out at least half a dozen times. I finally cashed one of the checks and it was returned (they had cancelled it) and I received a return check fee with my institution. I am happy to be final

Nice people at the office snd reasonable insurance premiums. Thankfully, I've never had to make a claim, so I can't speak to the level of the service in times of need.

Expensive for automobile coverage compared to other companies. Have to use them due to my farm.
