Farm Bureau Insurance

This agency has a horrible way of communicating. No one communicates with each other and the agent I had before switching does not return emails, text messages or phone calls. I never had an issue with the insurance itself, only the office/agent. I highly recommend getting insurance elsewhere.

My biggest complaint with this company is how annoying it is to deal with them. If you want your insurance company to take your money and leave you alone, these guys can’t do it. I set up automatic withdrawals, and they refused to take my money for my renters insurance. They would only take the money for car insurance. They told me that they wouldn’t automatically collect the money for renters because it was less than $150. But also, they can automatically collect your membership fee which is $40, so it makes no sense that they won’t automatically collect the renters. Furthermore, your rates will go up no matter what. I was insured for years with these people (only because I didn’t want to deal with switching), and my price steadily went up. I highly recommend anyone to consider getting

They need better costumer service and be more straight forward with their answers. Jordan is very out of pocket doesn’t return calls nor answer his e mails. He told me insurance wouldn’t go up on my car if I took my ex out of the policy and went up 41.00 a month 🤬

Customer service from my agent Max Collier = 0 Service from the insurance company itself = 0 They couldn't handle a haul damage claim on a vehicle and then refused to write a new home policy because of the open auto claim. They always used any excuse possible to deny a policy or raise rates. You can tell Farm Bureu is on the verge of Bankruptcy and it shows.
