Jeff and his team were great to work with on my recent insurance request! They were diligent on getting a quote to me quickly and communicated with me frequently until the policy was in place. We had a policy for more than 20 years. Never filed a claim and always paid premiums on time. Last couple of years the rates almost doubled without a valid explanation. So bad that the latest renewal included a state-mandated declaration that they were charging me more than what is allowed by NC law! The agent told me that it was their policy to penalize me for just having one policy with them. I moved to the area and was given a list of local home owners insurance agents. I decided to call Farm Bureau and Dorothy answered the phone. She was so nice and super helpful in getting my policy purchased. A couple of docusigns later I had homeowners insurance and could check that mental box. A few weeks later I get a new car and again call Dorothy. She spins into action and gets all my insurance ducks lined up.
