She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I could see her smile through the phone!! :) I greatly appreciate her quick response and willingness to help me. She made my experience incredibly smooth and easy! YOU ROCK WENDY! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I had the pleasure of working with Wendy at the Reidsville office which was a blessing. Moving from a different state with different laws is extremely challenging. Wendy stayed hours after the end of her shift, along with coming in on her day off to insure my information got in front of underwriters. A week later Wendy still followed up with my policy to make sure it was correct and affordable. Wendy was friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward. In my circumstances there was no better customer service representative for me. Wendy and Direct Auto thank you.

Ok so keep Lindsay around! She was absolutely fantastic this morning helping me with a DMV glitch issue and sent whatever paperwork needed to clear that up and also helped me add my wife's brand new car to our policy. She was super nice sounded like she was smiling the whole time and just flat out ready to help! Amazing customer service Lindsay!

Was good until I was involved in a hit and run. Originally in the beginning I was told my insurance would cover my damages then a week later after getting an estimate and having to follow up myself and call the vehicle adjuster she informed me they decided to not cover it since I have absolutely no information on the other party ...hence it was a hit and run🙄. No point in paying all this money for them to fix nothing. No longer recommend I will be switching insurers ASAP
