I absolutely would not recommend. Todd Dennis has repeatedly avoided my phone calls and failed to respond to my emails. I have maintained a professional tone in all communications; however, when I ask direct and specific questions that he is either unwilling or unable to answer, he avoids responding altogether. One day at approximately 8:45 a.m., I called his office and was told by his assistant, Laura, that he had stepped out but would be returning shortly. She offered to transfer me to his voicemail. Moments later, Todd answered the call. Upon realizing it was me, he stated he would call me back. He did not. I recently finalized a divorce, and Todd appears to be selectively choosing which portions of the decree he intends to honor. This is unacceptable. As a result of his lack of resp

I cannot recommend for insurance. If you decide to use them make sure don’t forget to pay membership fee of $45. They will cancel your insurance. Have never seen company that will cancel $2800 yearly homeowners insurance for $45. Now I see why your insurance was going up across the board.

Excellent group of professional people. Extremely helpful and understanding. My mom was visiting and needed some assistance with her policies. She can be very difficult to work with and the grace and customer excellence we received in this office that didn't even receive commission or renewal from helping us was outstanding.

John Driggers failed to communicate on some things during my claim. No sense of accountability or integrity. Boss Richy Keene gave me the “ol buddy ol pal” pep talk when contacted. Advised me to terminate my policy if i didn’t want to work with Driggers.

I knew nothing about life insurance, I was very intimidated and reluctant until Hillary Heaberlin greeted me with a handshake and a smile. We sat down in her office and went over every detail. I told her I needed to go home and think about it, she never called and bugged me like I thought she would. A week or so passed.. I went back to her office and she greeted me by name. We went through all my questions, I never felt rushed and I was completely comfortable with the policy she made for me. I signed a life insurance policy and my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. I highly recommend Hillary Heaberlin to all of my family and friends.
