Farm Bureau of Lafollette has been good to me. Recently had lightning strikes close to my house, It took out my central h/c a new Samsung dryer and DVD players as well as the direct tv boxes. I called them, they verified the lighting strikes and gave me a check to get everything fixed. They even paid for the increase in my electric bill due to the heat pump not working properly.
If I could I would give it a -5 stars rates goes up for no reason and the membership fee just because of age Of course they say that's not the reason perfect driving record, credit and still goes up I'm done not another dime
Great staff, good rates and easy to work with! Sharon has always been very helpful and quick to respond.
