Lori always follows up prior to renewal date to answer any questions that I might have. She recently saved me significant money on my premium by bundling home and auto coverage. Went in and spoke to a lady about quotes for business and equipment insurance. Received 1 quote via email. Never heard anything else. Went back in 2 weeks later and she was on vacation. Now at over a month, still nothing. I guess my money doesn't spend well. Can't give a good review due to lack of follow through.
