I have been a Farm Bureau member for over 50 years. There has been a lot of changes over the years and they have continued to be the only insurance provider I have ever needed. I have carried business insurance, multi-policy automobile insurance, home owners insurance, rental property insurance, medical insurance, life insurance, and of course insurance on toys like a boat, RZR, 4-wheeler, etc. Unfortunately I have had to make claims during the 50 year time span. Medical claims, accidental claims and weather related claims as well as a break in at my home. I have never been disappointed in any transaction I have had with Farm Bureau. They even opened a Harrogate location several years ago making it even more convenient for me. I have worked with Pat for years at the Harrogate location.
After a minor accident, I called to handle my claim. My agent, Mrs. Renner, was super helpful, walking me through the process in no time at all. She even helped me get money for the tow truck, which I thought I would have to shell out for. Overall, a much easier experience than I had expected, and appreciated.
Erik is a great insurance agent and he has the best staff too. Always there to help and can explain things to make it so simple. Love doing business with him.
I was having problems with my mortgage company with my fire insurance. And Alisha Renner in Harrogate Tn. Called me to let me know that the mortgage company not sent my payment out from my insurance. She did not want me to loose my coverage. She helped me through the process of finding out what was going on. And helped me with any questions that I had. She help me to keep my insurance for overlap and from get charged a vary big price fom my mortgage company. I appreciate her help and her being stright forward with me. She was a caring person and my business will definitely be starting with Farm Bureau.
Alisha is amazingly helpful any time I reach out. She is quick to reply and her customer service is awesome! I appreciate her always being there whenever I have questions!
