My husband and I have tried on 2 different occasions to use this company to find cheaper insurance. Both times we were ghosted by the two different agents we were in contact with. These instances were months apart, the most recent being this past Spring. We were actively pursuing new insurance to the point that we got a quote from an employee there, only for him to tell us he’d be back in contact once he got everything squared away, and we have not heard from him since. We’ve moved on now, but this company must be doing quite well for themselves, as they don’t seem too worried about bringing in and keeping potential customers.

Great customer service and price was good. We helped our daughter with purchasing her home and insured with Campbell Insurance in Harrison, AR. And would highly recommend this company.

It is good to know that you mean something to people in a world that businesses have became so cold. Kevin has went above and beyond to get me the best coverage for the most affordable price. No rushing and just treating me as if I’m just a customer. He made me feel like I was family and he was taking care of me like a family member. Been with Mike and his crew since 1996 and have never had any issues. Trust me stay local and get away from big corporations that don’t have your best interest in mind.
