Literally done a policy through these people yesterday took my money just to find out they are cancelling it in less then 2 months can't get my money back till they cancel it which messes me up and I'll have a lapse in insurance bc of them not knowing so I'm screwed on insurance after the fact I made a full down payment for 6 months and paid for a membership that I can't even use bc I'm not going to be with them and it's bc of the under writers I want a full refund bc no one there communicates an knows what they are doing. I have kids that go to school but they don't care. Found out it's due to road side claims from state farm. Which is messed up for lower class individuals that can't afford brand new cars. I was told by Kim that they have thousands of customers And they can’t always get to every single one of us. She doesn’t care about the Customer. She cares about the money. Ever since I had this policy written, she did not reach out to me not once. However An agent from The same agency named Chris did help me out with everything that I needed and he was located with the Laurens branch.

This has been the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. For starters, the insurance was supposed to be in my name. It was put in my husband’s, when they’d never spoken to my husband, which made our premium go up. It took forever to get our ID cards because our agent went out of town, and apparently no one else in the building can do anything. The customer service is garbage. Almost every time we call, we can’t ever speak to the agent because he barely answers and the times he does, it starts with “I was just about to call you!” Yeah, I’m sure you were. I gave them our lienholder’s information for the auto policy and it’s nowhere on the policy. Trying to get it sent in to our lienholders for verification of insurance and the receptionist says, “It’ll be awhile. It won’t happen fast.

Very poor service, very unprofessional, the person I spoke with made me feel like he was an interrogator and I was a criminal. His name was Tim Wiley. I have never been treated this way by anybody I have never seen an insurance company that makes people feel victimized. He asked me if I knew the person who hit me like are you serious. This mans communication skills were horrible. I have people who have policies with them and my mom and brother also have policies with farm bureau we are changing companies immediately!!!! He literally made me feel so disrespected.

This has to be the worst insurance company I've ever delt with or heard about. They are slow, rude, and a pain to work with. Don't expect to talk to the agent in a timely manner. Ever. Once you obtain insurance from them, they treat you like a number and lie to you. Also, I ended my coverage and I've waited over three weeks for a refund check. Terrible company. Also, don't tell me, after three days of no return phone call, that you "had my number pulled up and we're just about to give you a call" after I finally just call you myself. Rediculous company.
