Was told I had to have business insurance for 3 years to just get a price quote. Take about a joke. Not helpful or professionally at all.
Canceled my car insurance because I found a cheaper place. Informed farm bureau well in advance of my policy renewel. Three months later with no notice of any money own to farm bureau. I get a letter from a collection company saying I need to pay $378. Not to mention that in Florida if you don’t pay your car insurance they suspend your license. Farm bureau never reported my payment and my wife license was suspended.
I called 2 weeks ago and no one has called me back.
These folks have served me well for 25 yesrs!
