Kay Bright and her team at Farm Bureau are awesome to work with. They’re friendly, quick to respond, and always take the time to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. They’ve helped me get the right coverage without any pressure and I really feel like they care about their clients, not just the sale. I’m grateful to have Kay and her team in my corner and highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance in Bozeman.

Zero stars: Cassidy is the absolute WORST. I had 2 cars, my business, life, and home insurance through Farm Bureau for about 20yrs. I had my first agent for about 13yrs of that, and she was amazing. Then we got stuck with Cassidy. We had nothing but problems from there on out. She was so bad I had to email Kay. After that, Cassidy started answering my calls, finally. We moved out of state but left our life insurance policies in tact. My wife just recently noticed that those payments haven't been coming out of our bank account lately, so I called Cassidy to find out what's going on. She coldly explained that something went wrong with our auto pay some months ago, and the insurance headquarters reached out to us via snail mail -- no emails or phone calls, even though they have both. I had General Liability Insurance for my construction company for the last 5 1/2 years with MWFB and Kay Bright’s office. My account had been on monthly credit card payments since the beginning and I had never missed a payment or had any losses against my insurance. I wouldn’t say the customer service had been over the top, but it was fine. This fall I received a call on the day my payment was due and they told me they could no longer allow me to use auto-pay on my card and that I needed to setup monthly ACH payments that day from my bank account because they had changed payment vendors. I was shocked that they had not given me any notice. They told me in the spring I could go back to monthly CC payments when my policy renewed. Great personable people and excellent customer service! Came here to discuss options for auto and home insurance and Cassidy took her time and went over all my questions and coverage options. It was great to go in and have someone actually care about my family and get to know me and make sure I was happy with everything before proceeding. Farm Bureau is a policy holder owned company meaning the company takes care of the policy holders since they drive the business and have a say in the company.
