Reached out to Farm Bureau Insurance to get a quote to ensure my family and vehicles. My phone call was answered quickly, I was then told to email a specific representative a series of information based on my family and cars. I sent the email and got a near instant response. I responded to the email answering the additional questions, then silence. I followed up with emails which were not responded to. I called the office and was told that my representative would get back in touch with me. After over 2 weeks of this, I sent one last email to which I got an quick response. "I've received your emails but unfortunately there's nothing we can do for you". As anyone, I wanted a bit of a reason as to why and respectfully asked.
