They have been amazing at helping me with my parents claim and smoke damage! The adjuster that was assigned to us, Wes, is great! He is 100% dedicated to providing whatever assistance my parents or I need. I am so thankful at a time like this that they were covered by Farm Bureau and that Farm Bureau hires people like Wes!! ! Job well done!

It ended up costing me money in the long run the accident was not my fault in any way whatsoever. They're insured hit me. I had to accept lower offer because I could not pay my bills because I was unable to work and they took advantage of that situation I feel like I had no income, I had to go get a title loan on my other vehicle just in order to buy groceries and pay the light bill. They knew I had to settle with whatever offer they made because I was going to lose everything I had without the income to pay it. I was not able to get the proper medical attention I needed because it was either accepting his low offer so I could pay my bills or white to complete my medical care but have nowhere to live or no way to support myself without income and because I am self-employed he cannot count

One of their clients pled out in front of me I In April of 2020 and this insurance company has sent me 2 letter about feeling a claim. However I have called the office 3 times now, first and third time i sent to voice with bo call back and the second time I talked to the person who's name was on the bottom of the letters I had received and he acted said he had no idea who I was or who is client was and no way to look it up and said he'd get back to me. Which never happen.
