If I could give zero star to this office I would. Twice I had problems with their billing department and twice they did nothing to help. When they try to sell you their product, they are the nicest people you can find, but as soon as you have an issue, you get hung up on, or their manager, Gregory Hansel will tell you to simply no pay your bill. Trying to escalate issues will get you nowhere. I'm glad I never had to file a claim with them because I can only image the headache it would be get anything resolved. The few extra dollars you will save will not be enough due to all the issues you will have with them.

If you want the most excellent, most personalized service, get ahold of Jarad Bean! Not only did he get my family the lowest auto insurance rate in the whole State, but he started the policy within a moment's notice. How many insurance agents do that? He goes the extra mile - even supplied us with his personal cell phone if we need anything! If you want someone who cares - He's the best.

I contacted Jarad Bean via email to inquire about an auto quote on 3/4. A day later and I received his reply to fill out a form online. I did immediately. Mr. Bean called me on 3/7 And since I missed it, I returned the call. After giving my social security number over the phone, I was not contacted by the office for almost 3 weeks until I decided to call Mr. Bean on 3/26. I called to let him know that I was no longer interested in their services. 3 full weeks with no contact after verifying personal info over the phone... I hope that other potential clients can be serviced better than I did.

I worked with Jarad Bean, he let me know he was a newer agent, but honestly you wouldn't have even known. He helped me find the best insurance for me and my family. If you are wanting someone who will meet your needs and do what's convenient for YOU, then always, always ask for jarad.

I had Farm Bureau for auto insurance for quite a few years and no problems except for the expected yearly rise of cost. What I do have a problem with is the yearly membership fee of $50.00. I had just paid it and then realized my rates increased quite significantly. I went with another provider and called Farm Bureau to see if they would refund my $50.00 that renewed on 11/01/22 (even though my auto insurance renews on 11/18/22) and was advised that they cannot refund the $50.00 as it has been over 10 business days from renewal (it is today 4 days over). They refused to budge and said I should be getting my membership cards soon. I asked them why it is ok for them to not get my membership card to me in a "Timely Manner" but it is not ok for me to get a refund due to their "10 day policy".
