Quoted me a higher premium than I originally had with no changes. They had my dec page so they knew my original premium. Only quoted one insurance company. I never spoke with the actual agent, she was always too busy to speak with me. This agency was referred to me by 2 of my family members and I am extremely disappointed in the service I was provided. Wasted my time with no solution provided.

I love that I can call anytime and speak with with a "live" person and not an answering service. When I have questions, I always get a call back with answers immediately. They are proactive with insurance coverage and shop around for the best coverage and cost before any renewal is due, even before I get the new renewal cost myself.
