Our town and region recently got pounded by a terrible hailstorm. My husband and I just spent well over an hour in Phil's office discussing the complicated claim on our farm. He had another agent helping him work through the huge volume of claims from this storm, and they were both amazingly patient, professional and helpful in working through it with us, even though it made them stay after hours. I'm not surprised, as the whole crew there have been great over the years! I'm so glad we have our policy through this agency!
