Duke Boston - State Farm Insurance Agent

We were terminated with no notice by our previous homeowners/auto insurance due to our agent. I was scrambling to find coverage quickly. Called several from the internet and didn’t get good responses. I called Duke Boston State Farm and was immediately put in contact with Jacob (Jake) Thomas. He was able to get us quotes and got the ball rolling. It took so much stress off of me. He has been wonderful to work with and it’s nice to have an agent who I feel I can work with on a professional level yet feel like I get a personal touch too. If you need insurance, I highly recommend Jake and Duke Boston State Farm for your insurance needs.

Dylan is awesome to work with. My wife and I truly appreciate that Dylan is focused on our needs. We went discussed Home, Auto and Umbrella policies. We also appreciated that Dylan was not pushing us to look into life insurance policies as this has annoyed me with other insurance company agents that they were so focused on selling yet another policy. Definitely recommend asking for Dylan if you’re looking for a great agent that is focused on what you want!!!

Was with Duke Boston for several years had no issues spent a lot of money and I was audited for business insurance from a prior year. I disputed a $135 bill in the end. It up sending it to an attorney's office. I was spending well over $600 a month insurance for vehicles and everything and yet a $135 was more important and they never once told. My the reason why I was audited.. I will never figure out how these large insurance companies treat people like this and stay in business. It's a joke.
