They do not know how to do they’re job at all Sarah is the worst at it her office will say open when you call but she doesn’t comprehend what working is she doesn’t know how to pick up the phone and acts like she knows what she’s talking about but when you go and talk to her it’s like talking to a brick wall she has the most unprofessional insurance office in the whole rouge valley
