If I could give 0 stars then I would. This company is seeking to take advantage of elderly people. They have called my elderly grandmother numerous times and convinced her to opt into a crappy advantage plan then randomly change it during the year as well (all via telephone). We do not even live in FL. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.

This “insurance broker” called my 77 year old mother 3-4 times a day to sell her insurance. Sounds like a company attempting to take advantage of an elderly person. Watch out for these people. Check on your parents! Hiding behind multiple toll free numbers. Smelling scammy down there in FL guys. Edit: I called to speak with a manager like the owners reply said to. All numbers have been disconnected. I SAY IT AGAIN, THIS COMPANY IS PREYING ON THE ELDERLY.

Found my agent Matt while temporarily living in Florida. He was incredibly personable and helpful. Found me an excellent plan that best served my needs. When I moved back to NY, Matt wasn’t licensed here. However, he worked on getting licensed in NY (which made me feel appreciated) and is still and always will be my agent. I feel I can call him friend!

Michel Herrera was so amaizing In first explaining my enrollment to Humana but more importantly in following up with me in various questions I have with coverage. She quickly calls me back and is very informative …..I believe she goes far beyond to help me. she is an great asset to Humana

I was introduced to this company and Amanda in August of this year 2020. I have a lot of medication and she has patiently entered them in the system. Technology is not my strong suit so when i was having difficulty sending Amanda back information she calmly told me to take my time and walked me through it. She is a educator, she has effectively explain to me how the program will benefit my life as a whole. She is efficient. She contacts me in a timely matter to inform me of my case. She works with excellence. Even after hours she reaches out to me to inform me on the status of my case. I can honestly say that Amanda is a hard working indvidual. I'm very grateful that i was paired up with her it was like the luck of the Irish and I'm not Irish. She's great. In the words of the young people
