I highly recommend Edith at State Farm for her exceptional service. I encountered a major problem when a previous agent, Carolina, failed to actually add my wife to our auto policy despite claiming she had. When I contacted Edith, she was immediately professional, empathetic, and highly competent. She took ownership of the issue, efficiently corrected Carolina's mistake, and ensured my wife was correctly added to the policy right away. If I could leave a 0 stars I would. I’ve had the worst experience with these ladies. First, when I signed up with them I did not sign to have medical insurance and somehow I received paperwork in the mail that I had e-signed when I never did. I didn’t even know they had that and when I showed up to there facility I spoke to a lady with very short black hair and she just told me that was strange and removed it from my policy and went to the back to get me a copy of the removal because if they freely did that without my consent I wanted to have proof that it was removed. When I asked for my paper work back she had said she had gotten rib of it because she didn’t think I would need it again since it was removed. At that point I was over it so I left. Then when my sister signed up Yesenia had
