Very helpful, professional and friendly employees. Excellent, fast service. Take cash, credit card or check for DMV services. No debit card for DMV services but debit card for AAA membership services is accepted.

I had a title transfer. This is the second time I come into this office and tell me they are unable to do it. The main issue here is that I waited about an hour before anyone helped me to just hear no we can’t do that. This process needs to change. If someone would have done a quick check to make sure they can do this or not that would’ve saved me my Saturday morning. That’s pretty messed AAA you guys need to do better w this check in system.

Terrible costumer service at this AAA location. Very unwelcoming and stressful. All I went in for was to ask for a Metrolink map and the lady was very rude. Definitely recommend going to the Fullerton branch.

Came to make a payment at 11am was in and out in minutes. They have handicapped parking right out front.

The staff is friendly professional and courteous. Helpful knowledgeable and ready to help.
