I visited the Resource center when I had a question regarding my son's insurance. I also discussed an issue that I was having with a pre-authorization. Both Rebecca and Sabrina assisted me with all my questions. Sabrina even called my primary care dr for me because I was getting nowhere explaining everything to my doctor.
Sabrina is amazing. I was so worried and she got all my questions answered. I left with a smile on my face.
Rebecca was amazing. She was extremely helpful and kind, and eased our minds. I highly recommend visiting this Resource Center.
I've had 2 visits to the Excellus Resource Ct in Washington Mill and both times the people are wonderful, answered all of my questions, didn't rush me out and was all around very helpful.
