I've been with Eugene C Yates Insurance for almost 10 years now and am very happy with them. They are great at doing follow-ups regarding billing changes, claims processing, etc. They also go out of their way to keep their customers satisfied and make sure we are not in the dark about anything. Lily is my all-time favorite agent to speak with, but every other agent I've spoken with at the company has also been very friendly and courteous.
