AAA Lodi Branch

I went to the Lodi branch of AAA and I’ve got to say, it was a long wait (35 minutes). However, I was seated behind Luz who was at the greeter desk as I came into the office. Luz was truly a delight to listen to and watch her greet and help each member as they entered the facility. I watched her help two separate people fill out their paperwork, guided some to schedule an appointment for the next day, all the while being super friendly and thanking those that were going out of the door too. Luz did all of this with a smile and complete positivity and she should be commended for her helpful and gracious manner. Good job Luz.

Lauren is definitely one of the best at this branch! My father and I have been going to her for years for any concerns or issues we have regarding our policy, renewal etc. She’s always given us all the information we may need and answers all our questions, no matter how small they are. Whenever we get in contact with her, she’s always very sweet and great with getting back to us when talking via email. My father legit only asks for her whenever we visit in person lol.

She was so kind , set an extremely positive tone for my experience and was so helpful in guiding me to the right direction for what paperwork I needed. Marcus was incredibly quick and helpful with the DMV process for paying my registration, making a potentially stressful and time-consuming task so much easier. And the cherry on top , Yen and Amy were also fantastic, with a smile the whole time , efficiently helping us to add a new car to our policy. I went in to transfer title on the motorcycle I bought. Service was quick and they were very friendly. I said overpriced because I think the State of California fees are way too high.

I had DMV transfer questions and definitely didn't want to take a trip to DMV. I got through to a person that was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. This little perk is worth any additional premium AAA my charge.
