I been with them since 2016 I believe. And they go above and beyond for their customer. I had an issue and they help me resolved it! I go to the location on east colonial next to the lechonera latina. Give them a chance you won’t regret it. El señor Albert super genial super amable! Muchas gracias por su ayuda !

Unfortunately, not a very professional environment at this location. The conversation with the agent was cumbersome and confusing. Not 100 percent sure in what she was doing. I don't think it is right to ask me what I am paying to beat it out by $1. Give the best deal possible and see where you land, don't expect the customer to provide you with that information.

I was paying $400 a month auto insurance for a 2004 Chevy Colorado. I happened to walk into Estrella’s office on university. Within 20 minutes they delivered a quote for $207.00. Per mo. Unbelievable! About $2000 a year savings just by walking in their office out of curiosity. After a year with no tickets, they reached out to renew with a new monthly price of $130. I can’t say enough good things about my experience Estrella.

All the Agents are very respectful and listen without interruption and comprehension response.
