Damian the owner is amazing! He answered all of questions, he was extremely professional, kind, compassionate about my needs, and just an overall awesome person! I'm transitioning from Florida to New Jersey and was riddled with anxiety because nobody would explain how to help me, including the Medicaid office. Of course my current Medicare insurance company was completely biased for me to choose them. Also, they did not know how to navigate the NJ system! Our complete experience with Essential Senior Benefits was smooth, thorough, informative and seamless and we highly recommend them to anyone needing information about Medicare or signing up for supplemental insurance. Initially, we reserved a seat at Ediana’s advertised public presentation where she explained choices and decisions we would have to make during official enrollment of Medicare. Her presentation was fun, friendly, very informative, thorough and professional and we knew that we would be consulting with her firm when the time came to sign up for Medicare. They have offices conveniently located in Vineland and Northfield. We scheduled our sign up appointment for a date that is three months prior to our 65th birthday (as directed) and we met with Damian in the Northfield office.
