Find another agency. Wish I could rate no stars but must have at least one. Colleen called me back and right from the start felt as if she had no time for me. Only wanted to give me insurance if she could copy from my current policy (the easy way). I wanted a fresh quote with suggestions from Biondi/Hardenbergh. In the end she said "I can't help you" then hung up on me. Rude and unprofessional. Never again

I needed to purchase health insurance, because it was getting terminated at the end of September. I called twice and left a message with Curtis. If he couldn't help me, he could have had the decency to return my phone call and let me know. Making someone wait, is not good business ethics. I found someone else that returned my phone call and is getting me a great deal.

Stephanie did a great job, long distance in solving my insurance dilemma. I live in PA and my great aunt's home is in Vineland.
